We start each engagement by assigning a Carrington Title Services Solutions Leader to oversee your transaction from start to finish. Your Carrington Title Services Solution Leader follows a formalized client on-boarding process that guides training of the entire Carrington Title Services account team on your systems, processes and procedures. Then we go to work. Carrington Title Services offers specialized solutions that include:
Personalized client set-up
Your unique business characteristics drive our service delivery model, from your geographic footprint and business type(s) to workflow, technology integration and reporting needs.
Closing services in 34 states
Leveraging our centralized platform and unique technology, our dedicated teams have a depth of experience in managing purchase and refinance closings. We close thousands of transactions each year for our institutional clients.
We understand that properties can often present curative challenges. We have a dedicated unit that supports curative resolution. This action helps to promote on-time closings and helps assure clear and marketable title can quickly be conveyed.
We provide property abstract reports in all states and also have the ability to examine and prepare a summary for specialized applications.
Natural Hazard Report (Only available in California)
This comprehensive report goes beyond the seven required disclosures for California real estate transactions you’ll find elsewhere for the same cost. With our report you’ll also receive:
- Three overlapping color maps indicating the proximity of flood, fire and seismic activity to your property for easy comparison
- A color map indicating the location of schools in the vicinity of your property
- Eye-opening disclosures and advisories for 24 hazards not required by law to be released, such as proximity of critical habitats, nearby farmlands, mining operations, commercial/industrial zones, airports and more
Our Natural Hazard Disclosure report also includes a property tax disclosure at no extra charge, which alerts you to Mello-Roos and/or 1915 Bond Act District assessments, the current assessed value of the property, and current levies against the property.
