Natural Hazard Report (Only available in California)

This comprehensive report goes beyond the seven required disclosures for California real estate transactions you’ll find elsewhere for the same cost. With our report you’ll also receive:

  • Three overlapping color maps indicating the proximity of flood, fire and seismic activity to your property for easy comparison
  • A color map indicating the location of schools in the vicinity of your property
  • Eye-opening disclosures and advisories for 24 hazards not required by law to be released, such as proximity of critical habitats, nearby farmlands, mining operations, commercial/industrial zones, airports and more

Our Natural Hazard Disclosure report also includes a property tax disclosure at no extra charge, which alerts you to Mello-Roos and/or 1915 Bond Act District assessments, the current assessed value of the property, and current levies against the property.
